About Me
My love of the North started early. My parents owned a cottage (water access only) in Haliburton where I spent the entire summer. I grew to love the forest as much as the lake, and spent many hours exploring. I’m originally from Toronto, graduated high school in Uxbridge, and moved to Sault Ste. Marie upon completing a Forest Technician course at Sault College.
After many years working in the Forestry Industry in the logging and hardwood lumber sales sector, I obtained my Real Estate license and moved into my cottage in South River. I’m presently working in this area as an agent for Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate.
Real Estate was a natural transition from my Forestry career. I have a feel for the lay of land and forest type on acreage and cottage lots, experience from my earlier logging days. I understand and enjoy the quality of woodworking in homes I preview, such as hardwood flooring, cabinet doors and moldings, all using wood products from all the various manufacturing clients I dealt with.
I have a desire for quality and honest service for my seller/buyer clients! I believe in building relationships and providing the same service I did for my hardwood lumber clients over the past years.
