Karen Cox is the owner and Broker of Record at Sea & Ski Realty Ltd., Brokerage and has been involved in real estate for over 25 + years
Karen’s goals are simple: “To create long term relationships while providing outstanding service”. When Karen works with clients her intent is to facilitate what can be a complex transaction into a smooth process providing peace of mind to the clients during this period in their life. A large majority of Karen’s business comes from previous clients through referrals, and for this reason she feels the need to work harder for you, in order to bring you back again and again for all your real estate needs. Karen works with both buyers and sellers on a daily basis and uses this experience and knowledge to meet her client’s goals and dreams.
When not in the office, alpine skiing is high on her list of activities, along with snow shoeing in winter and sailing in summer. Karen is also a member of the Beaver Valley Ski Club and is quite active in the local community in and around the Beaver Valley. Her culinary talents run a close second to sporting activities and her love of the outdoors is only compounded when she’s home on her 100 acre property with her husband Russ. Whether she’s walking the trails back to the river or climbing the hills to catch the sunsets overlooking her property and the driving range, Karen is as comfortable at home as she is at the office serving her clients.
