About Me
I would like for you to get to know a bit about me, so you can know and understand just how serious I am about what I do and how I might be able to help you with your next real estate adventure.
I was born in Nephton, Ontario and lived there until my family moved to Apsley when I was 7. So you can say I was born and raised in the township of North Kawartha. My parents were quite involved in the community when I was 
younger and even had their own business here. I moved north to Bancroft, Ontario where I worked in sales for several years in my early twenties. Eventually back home to Apsley in 2008, where I continued to grow a very successful business. I have over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and I really enjoy working with people. I love this area, working and living here is a dream come true.
Growing up It was always fishing, camping, hunting, boating, swimming, biking, hiking and anything else outdoors that I could get my hands on and even now my husband and I spend quite a bit of time outdoors, so I know the area very well. The land and lakes are in my backyard and who better to represent your interests or help with such an important investment than someone who has these resources.
Motivated and passionate is how I would explain my outlook and career in real estate. Working with my clients to find them a home or recreational property that is “the one” or being with my clients when they accept “the offer” that will enable them to start a new chapter is so fulfilling. Seeing the look on their face when it all comes together is priceless and I am so thankful to be part of it. Being a realtor isn’t always sunshine and roses, but the challenges I face have helped me learn and grow my knowledge in this business. My reputation has been built on being honest and ethical with all of my clients as well as working efficiently.
I Work with some other amazing realtors at Ball Real Estate, and combined we have over well over 100 years of knowledge and education. What better resource to have an aid in your real estate transaction. Marketing your property and being available to answer any of your questions is my job and I am here to help alleviate any fears you may have for some being first-time homeowners or for the experienced investors.
My husband and I have renovated and built several homes, each step along the way from building permits, septic permits, working with tradesmen, ordering material right through to final inspection, easements, and amendments. There are so many things about building or renovating that can be both challenging and rewarding. I see these challenges with my clients so being able to recommend reputable and trustworthy tradesmen is a great asset.
